Constitutional basis means th e constitutional basis defined by the General Conference of the Australasian Wesleya n Methodist Church, held at Adelaide, in the the n Province of South Australia, in the year one thousand eight hundre d and ninety-four, as set forth in the printed minutes of such Conference.
