Conspicuous notice definition

Conspicuous notice means a written statement in both Arabic and English languages which is easily visible and legible and is displayed in all retail banks' premises open to the public.
Conspicuous notice means a notice that, as a condition to the effectiveness thereof, must be conspicuously marked, both on the outside of the envelope or delivery container and on the actual notice, “URGENT: IMMEDIATE RESPONSE REQUIRED” in all capital letters and bold type.
