Consortium Manager definition

Consortium Manager. (CM) means the organization delegated authority by the MTEC to execute and administer the efforts under the MTEC Other Transactions Agreement as defined in the specific agreement entered into between the MTEC and the CM.
Consortium Manager refers to the organization representing UTIC (not as an agent of any individual Member) to negotiate, execute and administer UTIC’s efforts under an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA). The Consortium Manager’s purpose is to perform the specific Consortium Management duties as specified in the OTA between the Government and UTIC, as well as provide support to the operations of UTIC as determined by the UTIC Board of Directors. The Consortium Manager will be prohibited from performing prototype research under the OTA.
Consortium Manager means a qualified independent contractor selected by the Company, with the approval of Port, to manage the various STAC Vendors, and who is delegated authority to act on behalf of the Company in exercising certain specified rights and obligations of the Company, including those arising under this Member Agreement and the Operating Agreement, as more particularly described in the Consortium Manager Agreement.
