Consolidated System. The City and the County agree to operate a consolidated CAD/RMS system if the 911 Board provides the necessary funds for the purchase and installation of the new CAD/RMS system. It is understood that each entity may continue to operate as a separate PSAP under the consolidated CAD/RMS system.
