Consolidated Lots definition
Consolidated Lots. "Consolidated Lots" means the legally Recorded consolidation of one or more Lots into the Lot with one tax map key number, as defined in Maui County Code. Consolidation of Lots shall be governed by the Declaration and shall be subject to the consent of the Developer or the Association.
