Consistent Basis in reference to the application of GAAP means the accounting principles observed in the period referred to are comparable in all material respects to those applied in the preparation of the audited financial statements of the Borrower referred to in Section 6.6(a).
Conventions means the Athens Convention Relating to the Carriage of Passengers and Their Luggage by Sea, 1974, and the Protocols thereto of 1976 and 1990, and, where applicable, the Strasbourg Convention on the Limitation of Liability in Inland Navigation, 1988.
Past Practices shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.5.
Uniform System means the Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry, Tenth Revised Edition 2006, as published by the Education Institute of the American Hotel & Motel Association, as revised from time to time to the extent such revision has been or is in the process of being generally implemented within such Uniform System of Accounts.
Discriminatory housing practice means an act that is unlawful under this chapter.
