Consignor’s Address means Level 5, ABN AMRO Tower, 88 Philip Street, Sydney, New South W▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇. 1.15. "Drawdown Date" means, with respect the Consignment Facility, the date on which any consignment under the Consignment Facility is made or is to be made and the date on which any consignment under the Consignment Facility is continued in accordance with Paragraph 2.5 hereof. 1.18. "Event of Default" means each and every event specified in Paragraph 8.1 of this Agreement.
