Consignment Agent definition
Consignment Agent means the person / persons / firm or Company whose tender has been accepted by the Company and includes the Consignment Agent’s representative(s), successors and permitted assignees.

Nothing herein contained shall be deemed or intended to create any proprietary rights in the Products in favor of the Consignment Agent.
