Consignee Site definition

Consignee Site means the Consignee’s (Netcare) facility or hospital where the negotiated volume of consignment stock is placed;

  • Upon delivery of the Consignment Stock, the Consignor shall provide the Consignee with a detailed list of such Consignment Stock indicating, without limitation: the product code, catalogue number, valid ▇▇▇▇▇ code, description, sizes and quantity of the Consignment Stock delivered to the Consignee Site.

  • For Indigenous goods or for imported goods supplied from India:45 days from the award of work for SITC at the Consignee Site.

Related to Consignee Site

  • Consignee means the user department of Institute to whom the goods are required to be delivered as specified in the contract. If the goods are required to be delivered to a person as an interim consignee for the purpose of despatch to another person as provided in the Contract then that “another” person is the consignee, also known as Ultimate Consignee.
