Consigned Products definition

Consigned Products has the meaning set forth in Section VIII.A.
Consigned Products means those Products which are explicitly identified in the Agreement Specific Terms as being Consigned Products, or as being supplied on consignment, or are implied by any other Agreement Terms or any circumstances to be Consigned Products. In the event of any doubt, all Products which are Consumable Products shall be Consigned Products, unless they are Purchased Products;
Consigned Products are those Products that are provided to Customer by or on behalf of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Biomet on a consignment basis, including without limitation Products identified as Consigned Products on a PA. Consigned Products are either Long Term Loan Products or Short Term Loan Products.

  • This Agreement represents the entire agreement between Bakery and Consignee and supersedes any and all prior franchises, agreements or understandings between Bakery and Consignee, whether written or oral, regarding distribution of Consigned Products.

  • At SynCardia’s written request, Consigned Products and Drivers will be returned to SynCardia, or to SynCardia’s designee.
