Consigned Equipment definition

Consigned Equipment means any tooling, jigs, dies, gauges, fixtures, molds, patterns, equipment, supplies, materials and other items paid for or supplied by Mobileye and used in connection with SUPPLIER’S performance hereunder.

Consigned Equipment means the Equipment of the Borrower that is, from time to time, subject to the consignment arrangements described in Schedule 8.5.1, or any other Equipment of the Borrower held from time to time by third parties under similar arrangements.

  • All Consigned Equipment, Consigned Materials or other materials which Mobileye furnishes either directly or indirectly to SUPPLIER, or which Mobileye buys from, or gives reimbursement to, SUPPLIER in whole or in part (collectively, “Mobileye Property”) will be and remain the property of Mobileye.

Consigned Equipment means the following equipment presently owned by IBM: two model 1000 oxygen implant tools manufactured by IBIS (IBM tool numbers 36F1070AA and 36F107AD), Kokusai Furnace (12J0503AA), Mini-environment (15J0518AA), IPEC Accumap (15J0525AA) and Mapper (15J0521AA).
Consigned Equipment has the meaning set forth in Schedule 6.19.
Consigned Equipment means the equipment, fixtures, tools, test equipment, test fixtures and other personal property (but not Purchased Inventory) of Ericsson which is now or hereafter consigned by Ericsson to Seller as provided under Section 4.A.1 hereof.

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.

  • Designated Equipment means either: (i) a server identified by serial number, or host I.D. on which the Licensed Materials are stored; or (ii) a computer or workstation, as identified by its serial number, host I.D. number or Ethernet address; to which the Licensed Materials are downloaded and Used only upon the issuance of a License Key. The Designated Equipment shall be of a manufacture, make and model, and have the configuration, capacity (i.e., memory/disk), operating software version level, and pre- requisite and co-requisite applications, prescribed in the Documentation as necessary or desirable for the operation of the Software.

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.
