Consideration time definition
Consideration time. The time period in which the consumer/ user is expected to execute his/her right of withdrawal.
Examples of Consideration time in a sentence
The payment of the Conveyance Expenses and Restructuring Expenses due hereunder shall be delivered by Guarantor to Landlord at the time of the conveyance of the Consideration (time being of the essence), and shall be made in immediately available funds, provided that the Conveyance Expenses and Restructuring Expenses shall be payable only if Landlord has provided Tenant with reasonably satisfactory documentation with respect thereto.
