Conservation Zone definition

Conservation Zone means an area indicated on the Outline Development Plan or any other plan as an area having Architectural/Historic/Archaeological/Heritage importance of Man Made or Natural Origin within which development is governed by special Regulations and is subject to approval of the Conservation Committee constituted by the Government under this regulations;
Conservation Zone means an area to be protected mandatory with activities to conserve its cultural and natural property or its historical environment.
