Examples of Consenting Stakeholder in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the provisions in this Section 16.21, (1) any Party may disclose the identities of the other Parties in any action to enforce this Agreement or in any action for damages as a result of any breaches hereof and (2) any Party may disclose, to the extent expressly consented to in writing in advance by a Consenting Stakeholder, such Consenting Stakeholder’s identity and individual holdings.
