By its acknowledgement of the relevant Transfer, the Company shall be deemed to have acknowledged that its obligations to the Consenting Noteholder hereunder shall be deemed to constitute obligations in favor of the relevant transferee.
The Commitment Parties agree not to (i) make any acquisition of equity securities of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ that is coordinated between any of them or (ii) share any pecuniary interest in any equity securities of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ held by any other Plan Sponsor, Additional Investor, Consenting Noteholder or Honeywell.
