Consent Items means those items on an agenda of a Standing Committee; Sub- Committee or Advisory Committee that may be approved by Committee without debate.

Consent Items means items placed in a section of the agenda that is used to adopt items with one motion as opposed to discussing and voting on each item individually. Consent items may be pulled from the list of Consent Items by any Member, for further discussion or debate;

Examples of Consent Items in a sentence

  • Actions within the scope of the Management Committee's authority taken in accordance with the procedures required by this Agreement that are not Unanimous Consent Items will not be subject to the dispute resolution procedure set forth in Section 16.1, above, notwithstanding any Member's objection to such actions.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, all Major Actions and Special Consent Items shall require unanimous approval of the Board and may not be delegated to Officers or any other Person except by Board resolution express delegating such authority.

  • If any Alterations which may be classified as Consent Items are made after the Effective Date without the prior written consent of Landlord, Landlord shall have the right, in addition to all other remedies, at Tenant’s expense to remove and correct such Alterations and restore the Premises to its condition immediately prior thereto, or to require Tenant to do the same.
