Consent Action definition

Consent Action is defined in Section 10.7(a).
Consent Action shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.8.

  • Response Action means the investigation, cleanup, removal, remediation, containment, control, abatement, monitoring of or any other response action to the presence of Regulated Substances or Contamination in, on, at, under or emanating from the Stadium Site, including the correction or abatement of any violation required pursuant to Environmental Laws or by a Governmental Authority.

  • Class Action Waiver BY ENTERING INTO THIS CONTRACT, YOU ARE GIVING UP YOUR RIGHT TO ARBITRATE OR LITIGATE IN COURT ANY DISPUTE OR CLAIM AS A CLASS ACTION OR COLLECTIVE ACTION, EITHER AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE OR MEMBER OR COLLECTIVE ACTION PARTICIPANT.   • Resettlement Action Plan or “RAP”, means a plan approved by the Association, to be prepared in accordance with the provisions of the RPF, setting forth principles and procedures governing land acquisition or other associated Project impacts, resettlement and compensation of Affected Persons, as well as reporting and monitoring arrangements to ensure compliance with the said plan, as the same may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Association, and “Resettlement Action Plans” or “RAPs” shall mean such Resettlement Action Plans, collectively.

  • Enforcement Action means any action of any kind to:

  • resolution action means the decision to place an institution or entity referred to in point (b), (c) or (d) of Article 1(1) under resolution pursuant to Article 32 or 33, the application of a resolution tool, or the exercise of one or more resolution powers;

  • Quebec Action means the Quebec Action as defined in Schedule A.

  • Consent Agreement means this Consent Agreement, duly signed and concluded between the Commission and the Respondent, as contemplated in section 40(1) of the Act.

  • Consent Agenda means a portion of a meeting that lists items of business which are routine in nature and do not require substantial discussion and/or debate.

  • Class Action means a legal action:

  • Disclosure Statement Approval Order means the Final Order approving, among other things, the adequacy of the Disclosure Statement pursuant to section 1125 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Unanimous Consent means the consent of Lenders (other than Delinquent Lenders) holding 100% of the Commitments (other than Commitments held by a Delinquent Lender).

  • Required Consenting Noteholders means, as of the relevant date, the Consenting Noteholders then holding greater than fifty and one-tenth percent (50.1%) of the aggregate outstanding principal amount of Senior Notes Claims that are held by all Consenting Noteholders subject to the Restructuring Supporting Agreement as of such date.

  • Remedial Action Plan has the meaning provided in Section 3.9(c)(ii).

  • Consent Order means a support order that reflects the agreement of the noncustodial parent, the custodial parent and the division of child support. A consent order requires the approval of an administrative law judge.

  • Lender Consent means any lender consent delivered by a Lender on the Closing Date in the form of Exhibit 4.1(a).

  • Adverse action means a home or remote state action.

  • Direct Action has the meaning set forth in Section 2.8(d).

  • Government Action means action by a Governmental Authority, Administrator, Certification Authority, or by the governing body of an Applicable Program to change the eligibility of a Product for an Applicable Program or substantially change the requirements for compliance by persons obligated to comply with the Applicable Program which in either case has a material adverse effect on the value of a Product that is the subject of a particular Transaction, and includes a change in Applicable Law that disqualifies any particular Renewable Energy Facilities (by Renewable Energy Sources, Initial Operating Date, or otherwise) or Product, that is the subject of a Transaction from an existing Applicable Program.

  • Remedial Action means all actions to (i) clean up, remove, treat, or in any other way address any Hazardous Material, (ii) prevent the Release of any Hazardous Material so it does not endanger or threaten to endanger public health or welfare or the indoor or outdoor environment, (iii) perform pre-remedial studies and investigations or post-remedial monitoring and care, or (iv) correct a condition of noncompliance with Environmental Laws.

  • Tort action means a civil action for damages for injury, death, or loss to person or property other than a civil action for damages for a breach of contract or another agreement between persons or government entities.

  • IRB approval means the determination of the IRB that the research has been reviewed and may be conducted at an institution within the constraints set forth by the IRB and by other institutional and federal requirements.
