Consensus Decision definition

Consensus Decision means a mutually shared agreement of a majority of the Peacemakers present, other than those recused because of a conflict of interest.
Consensus Decision means a decision supported by all of the votes cast. For purposes of the foregoing, an abstention shall not be counted as a vote.
