consecutive draw means a player’s option to automatically purchase a ticket for a certain number of consecutive draws in a lottery game from two to the maximum number presented to the player on PlayOLG.ca in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in paragraph 2.2 and in any other additional instructions;

  • Delayed Draw Availability Period means the period from and including the Closing Date to and including the earlier of (a) the date that is the first anniversary of the Closing Date and (b) the date of termination of all of the Delayed Draw Commitments.

  • Periodic Rate Floor With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the provision of each Mortgage Note which provides for an absolute maximum amount by which the Mortgage Interest Rate therein may decrease on an Interest Rate Adjustment Date below the Mortgage Interest Rate previously in effect.
