Connectivity Solution definition

Connectivity Solution means the solution provided by Arm under this Agreement comprising the Service and the Connectivity.
Connectivity Solution means the hardware(s) and/or software solution(s), either set up by VWT or the Customer, which is necessary for any collection of Equipment Data, transfer thereof to the HUBGRADE™ Platform and making any Equipment Data available in return to the Equipment as the case may be in order to perform the Services (subject to subscription of the relevant Modules by the Customer).
Connectivity Solution means the solution provided by Pelion under this Agreement comprising the Service and the Connectivity.

  • Another alternative to setting up the modem-to-modem solution yourself is to use RUDICS, the Router-based Unrestricted Digital Internetworking Connectivity Solution, which is available from several providers (including Iridium Satellite, LLC and NAL Research, Inc).

  • Customer shall not, and shall ensure End Customers and End Users shall not, use the Connectivity Solution in any country subject to economic sanctions in violation of applicable sanctions laws or other restrictions imposed by any country having competent jurisdiction over this Agreement, unless an appropriate export license or export authorization has been granted.

  • Customer agrees to comply fully with all applicable export laws and regulations (“Export Laws”) to assure ensure that Connectivity Solution is: (i) exported, directly or indirectly, in adherence with Export Laws; or (ii) intended to be used for any purpose restricted by Export Laws, including, without limitation, nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons proliferation without applicable and prior export authorization.

  • Customer shall pay all taxes, fees, surcharges, license fees and other tax like charges imposed on or incident to the provision, sale or use of Connectivity Solution in accordance with applicable law, including value added taxes, sales and use taxes or other similar taxes.

  • As between Arm and the Customer, Arm exclusively owns and reserves all Intellectual Property and any other right, title and interest in and to the Connectivity Solution, Documentation, Arm's Confidential Information and all anonymized or aggregated data resulting from use and operation of the Connectivity Solution and that do not identify a natural person as the source of the information.

  • Customer shall be responsible for ensuring that any access granted to the Connectivity Solution to the US Government is in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and is provided with the rights and restrictions described elsewhere herein.

  • The Customer shall use all reasonable endeavors to prevent unauthorized access to, or use of, the Connectivity Solution, and, in the event of such unauthorized access or use, shall promptly notify Arm.

  • Arm makes no representation or warranty of any kind in respect of any such third-party’s service and shall have no liability whatsoever for the Customer Data while it is being transmitted from the Connectivity Solution to such third party.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, as between the Customer and Arm, the Customer is solely responsible for compliance with any applicable law and regulation related to the manner in which Customer, End Customer or End Users use the Connectivity Solution, including without limitation the storage, transfer and processing of Customer Data, and the location(s) where such processing occurs.

  • Iridium World Data Services were launched in June 2001; this service includes Dial-Up Data with a throughput rate of up to 2.4 Kbps, Direct Internet Data with a throughput rate of up to 10 Kbps, and the Router-Based Unrestricted Digital Interworking Connectivity Solution (RUDICS).

  • Connectivity means the provision of a Permanent Separated Bicycle Lane system that reflects desired routes between all major origins and destinations in the city.

  • Interoperability means the ability of a CenturyLink OSS Function to process seamlessly (i.e., without any manual intervention) business transactions with CLEC's OSS application, and vice versa, by means of secure exchange of transaction data models that use data fields and usage rules that can be received and processed by the other Party to achieve the intended OSS Function and related response. (See also Electronic Bonding.)

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two 64 Kbps bearer channels and one 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.

  • Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3. Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Network Element is As Defined in the Act.

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Satellite services means communications capabilities that utilize an on-orbit satellite for transmitting the signal from one location to another.

  • Micro wireless facility means a small cell facility that is not larger in dimension than 24 inches in length, 15 inches in width, and 12 inches in height and that has an exterior antenna, if any, not longer than 11 inches.

  • public telecommunications network means the public telecommunications infrastructure which enables signals to be conveyed between defined network termination points by wire, by microwave, by optical means or by other electromagnetic means;

  • IVR means Interactive Voice Response.

  • Network User means each natural or legal person having concluded a Standard Transmission Agreement with the TSO for Transmission Services in the Transmission Grid.

  • Networking means NSCC’s system that allows mutual funds and life insurance companies to exchange account level information electronically; and “Settling Bank” shall mean the entity appointed by the Trust or you, as applicable, to perform such settlement services on behalf of the Trust and you, as applicable, which entity agrees to abide by NSCC’s then current rules and procedures insofar as they relate to same day funds settlement. In all cases, processing and settlement of share transactions shall be done in a manner consistent with applicable law.

  • Data Center(s) means the site or sites at which the Software will be hosted to provide the Authorized Services to Customers. Such site or sites shall at all times be owned or controlled by the Provider.

  • External beam radiation therapy means therapeutic irradiation in which the source of radiation is at a distance from the body.

  • Beam monitoring system means a system designed and installed in the radiation head to detect and measure the radiation present in the useful beam.

  • Network Interface Device or "NID" is a Network Element (including all of its features, functions and capabilities) that includes any means of Interconnection of End User Customer premises wiring to Qwest's distribution plant, such as a cross connect device used for that purpose. "New Service Provider" means the Party to which an End User Customer switches its local Exchange Service or the Party to which an End User Customer is porting its telephone number(s).

  • Wireless means a wireless handheld validation unit used with a supporting Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) as part of an approved gaming system. Amended 1/14/15

  • Network Integration Transmission Service means the transmission service provided under Tariff, Part III.

  • Spectrum Compatibility means the capability of two (2) copper loop transmission system technologies to coexist in the same cable without service degradation and to operate satisfactorily in the presence of cross talk noise from each other. Spectrum compatibility is defined on a per twisted pair basis for specific well-defined transmission systems. For the purposes of issues regarding Spectrum Compatibility, service degradation means the failure to meet the Bit Error Ratio (BER) and Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) margin requirements defined for the specific transmission system for all Loop lengths, model Loops, or loss values within the requirements for the specific transmission system.

  • Satellite means any satellite owned by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries and any satellite purchased by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries pursuant to the terms of a Satellite Purchase Agreement, whether such satellite is in the process of manufacture, has been delivered for launch or is in orbit (whether or not in operational service).

  • functionality means the ability of a tenderer to provide goods or services in accordance with specifications as set out in the tender documents.
