Connectivity Failure definition

Connectivity Failure means the inability of an electronic communications network system to initiate or maintain connection between end-users;
Connectivity Failure means the inability of an electronic communications network system to connect end-users to the service;

Examples of Connectivity Failure in a sentence

  • In the event any Connectivity Failure occurs on any particular day (a “Connectivity Failure Day”), then Customer’s Monthly Service Fees for the affected cross connection, or the affected Any2 Exchange connection, as applicable, for the particular calendar month in which the Connectivity Failure Day occurs shall be abated.
