Connection Software definition

Connection Software means all software provided on the PC to the Customer under licence to facilitate connection to AHC networks’ Internet Service(s) where required.

  • Upon any termination or expiration of this Agreement, except as specifically set forth below, all Customer’s rights, access, and licenses granted to Palantir Technology shall immediately cease and Customer shall promptly return or destroy all Data Connection Software, Sample Materials, and Documentation, and all other Palantir Confidential Information, and, upon written request, certify its compliance with the foregoing to Palantir in writing within ten (10) days of such request.

  • Customer shall allow Palantir to access the Data Connection Software remotely as necessary to provide the Service.

  • Customer shall allow Palantir to access the Content Connection Software remotely as necessary.

  • If applicable for use of the Service, and subject to the condition precedent set forth in Section 8.4, Palantir grants to Customer during the applicable Order Term a non- exclusive, nontransferable, non-sublicenseable, limited license to use the Data Connection Software for the sole purposes of using and connecting to the Service.

  • If applicable for use of the Service, and subject to the condition subsequent set forth in Section 2.8, Palantir grants to Customer during the Term a non-exclusive, nontransferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to use the Data Connection Software for the sole purposes of using and connecting to the Service.

  • If applicable, Palantir hereby grants to Customer a non-exclusive, nontransferable, non-sublicenseable, limited license to use the Content Connection Software during the applicable Order Term for the sole purposes of using and connecting to Products hereunder.

  • If applicable, Palantir hereby grants to Customer a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, limited license to use the Content Connection Software during the Order Term for the sole purposes of using and connecting to Products.

  • At Orbis’s request, Customer will promptly install Updates to the Content Connection Software provided by Orbis.

  • If applicable for use of the Service, Palantir grants to Customer during the applicable Order Term a non- exclusive, nontransferable, non-sublicensable, and limited license to use the Data Connection Software for the sole purposes of using and connecting to the Service.

Related to Connection Software

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • System Software means machine-readable data and executable programs used to define the functionality of the HPS control system and standard hardware products, but does not include firmware, operating system, application software or other software products.

  • Redistribution Software means the software described in Paragraph 4 (“Use of Redistribution Software”) below.

  • Computer Hardware and Software means, with respect to any Debtor, all of such Debtor's rights (including rights as licensee and lessee) with respect to (i) computer and other electronic data processing hardware, including all integrated computer systems, central processing units, memory units, display terminals, printers, computer elements, card readers, tape drives, hard and soft disk drives, cables, electrical supply hardware, generators, power equalizers, accessories, peripheral devices and other related computer hardware; (ii) all software programs designed for use on the computers and electronic data processing hardware described in clause (i) above, including all operating system software, utilities and application programs in whatsoever form (source code and object code in magnetic tape, disk or hard copy format or any other listings whatsoever); (iii) any firmware associated with any of the foregoing; and (iv) any documentation for hardware, software and firmware described in clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) above, including flow charts, logic diagrams, manuals, specifications, training materials, charts and pseudo codes.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;
