Connection Project definition

Connection Project means a new transmission facility constructed by the TFO at the request of the market participant for system access service;
Connection Project shall refer to public road connection between the new roundabout constructed by the Town and the Owner’s property, the connection shall consist of pavement, curb, gutter, sidewalk, and public water/sewer installed within right-of-way and ancillary storm drainage installations, all as provided for in the Construction Plan Approval.

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.

  • Connection Point means an exit point or an entry point or a bidirectional point identified or to be identified as such in an access contract.

  • Approved Project means the Scheme application of the Applicant approved by the CIC.
