Connection Ordinance definition

Connection Ordinance means Ordinance No. 2000-7, of this Township, enacted on June 29, 2000, together with any amendments, revisions and supplements thereto, requiring, inter alia, certain Owners of Improved Property that is adjoining and adjacent to the Sewer System, to connect therewith and providing for related matters.
