Connected Service comprises all periods of service in the employ of a Hospital/Area Health Board, CHE, HHS, District Health Board, Blood Service, a separate institution, or the Crown in New Zealand, or the current employer that are continuous with one another. Where such service is broken only for the period required to take a course of study approved by the employer or for a period of not more than 12 months for any other reason, the service preceding and succeeding that period shall be regarded as continuous.

Connected Service means such part of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Software and Documentation provided to You under this ▇▇▇▇ and Product Specific Terms, that is provided and/or accessed from a cloud service provider.

• Personal data included in a Dermicus Connected Service shall be processed in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement integrated in this ▇▇▇▇.

• The cost of the annual prepaid plan is equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the annual Connected Service Fees as shown in the pricing table above.

• Notwithstanding Section 3.1 (Use of Products), AVEVA recognizes that in certain circumstances, Customer may be an OEM Customer and/or a Connected Service Provider.
