Connected Products definition

Connected Products means all equipment not sold by the Seller but connected (directly or indirectly) or used in conjunction with the Products.
Connected Products means products, assets, or other things embedded with processors, sensors, software and connectivity that allow data to be exchanged between the product and its environment, manufacturer, operator/user and other products and systems. Examples of Connected Products include smart thermostats, smart lighting and other similar ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ electronics products.
Connected Products means all equipment not sold by the Seller but connected (directly or indirectly) or used in conjunction with the Products; “Contract” means the quotation, these Conditions, and any other document incorporated in a contract between the Seller and the Customer; “the Customer” means any person receiving a quotation from and/or placing an order with the Seller;

Examples of Connected Products in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the terms and conditions of any master agreement which may result from this RFP will not apply to Smart + Connected Products.

  • Smart + Connected Products include: Workplace Advisor Hardware, Smart Connected Subscription, Live Map Setup.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the terms and conditions an agreement which may result from this Agreement will not apply to Smart + Connected Products.
