Unless otherwise specified in the Agreement, all Connected Content shall be considered to be Your Content (as defined in Section 3.1 (Types of Content)) for all purposes of the Agreement.
Zapper makes no effort to review any Connected Content for any purpose, including but not limited to, for accuracy, legality or noninfringement, and Zapper is not responsible for any Connected Content.
Except with respect to any Open Source Software, your Wallet, Your Content, Connected Content, and User Content, you agree that Zapper and its suppliers own all rights, title and interest in Zapper Properties (including but not limited to, the Website, Interface, any computer code, themes, objects, characters, character names, stories, dialogue, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, musical compositions, audiovisual effects, methods of operation, moral rights, documentation, and Zapper software).
Please note that if a Wallet, Third Party Account, or associated service becomes unavailable, or Zapper’s access to such Wallet or Third-Party Account is terminated by the third-party service provider, then Connected Content will no longer be available on and through Zapper Properties, and the functionality of the Interface and Services may cease.

Utopia Labs has implemented and will maintain and follow commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect Connected Content against accidental, unauthorized, or unlawful access or disclosure.

You acknowledge and agree that the Services include a feature that permits users to read any public key associated with a compatible Wallet and display all Connected Content publicly associated with that Wallet.
Notwithstanding the above, Customer is responsible for its secure use of the Services, including securing its account authentication credentials, protecting the security of Connected Content when in transit to and from the Services, and taking any appropriate steps to securely encrypt or backup any Connected Content uploaded to the SaaS Service.
Zapper is not liable to you in connection with ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s or any third party’s use of the Services to view such Connected Content that you have made publicly available.
