Connect Business definition

Connect Business means the business operating as Nielsen Global Connect as of the Issue Date, which provides a range of global measurement, data analytics and market intelligence services to enterprise customers regarding consumers of consumer products and consumer product markets worldwide.
Connect Business has the meaning set forth in the Contribution Agreement.
