conformity assessment means the process demonstrating whether the requirements of this Regulation relating to a device have been fulfilled;
Nonconformity or “Nonconformities” means any failure or failures of the Software to conform to the requirements of this Contract, including any applicable Documentation.
Non-Conformity means an observed situation where objective evidence indicates the non-fulfilment of a specified requirement.
Material Modifications means any modifications to the material related party transactions which were approved by the Audit Committee or Shareholders during the year which will change the complete nature of the transaction and in case of monetary thresholds which is in excess of 10% of the originally approved transaction, in case of exigencies only.
Good Utility Practice means any of the practices, methods and acts engaged in or approved by a significant portion of the North American electric utility industry during the relevant time period, or any of the practices, methods and acts which, in the exercise of reasonable judgment in light of the facts known at the time the decision was made, could have been expected to accomplish the desired result consistent with good business practices, reliability, safety and expedition. Good Utility Practice is not intended to be limited to the optimum practice, method, or act to the exclusion of all others, but rather to be acceptable practices, methods, or acts generally accepted by NERC.
Good Engineering Practice means, Works carried out in accordance with the following standards/ specifications,
Technical standard means a document that specifies design, predicted performance and operation and maintenance specifications for a material, device or method.
Environmental and Social Standard 8: Cultural Heritage”; (ix) “Environmental and Social Standard 9: Financial Intermediaries”; (x) “Environmental and Social Standard 10: Stakeholder Engagement and Information Disclosure”; effective on October 1, 2018, as published by the Bank.
Certificate of Conformity means Executive Order certifying vehicles for sale in California.
Adverse System Impact means a negative effect that compromises the safety or reliability of the electric distribution system or materially affects the quality of electric service provided by the electric distribution company (EDC) to other customers.
Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;
Environmental and Social Standards or “ESSs” means, collectively:
Conformant means that a smelter or refiner has successfully completed an assessment against the applicable Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (“RMAP”) standard or an equivalent cross-recognized assessment. Included smelters and refiners were not necessarily Conformant for all or part of 2020 and may not continue to be Conformant for any future period.
Engineering Reports has the meaning assigned such term in Section 2.07(c)(i).
Environmental Standards means regulations or certification specifications governing the certification of designs with regard to noise characteristics and exhaust emissions of civil aeronautical products and appliances.
Good Utility Practices means any of the practices, methods and acts engaged in or approved by a significant portion of the electric utility industry during the relevant time period, or any of the practices, methods or acts which, in the exercise of reasonable judgment in light of the facts known at the time the decision was made, could have been expected to accomplish the desired result at a reasonable cost consistent with good business practices, reliability, safety and expedition. Good Utility Practices are not intended to be limited to the optimum practice, method or act to the exclusion of all others, but rather to be acceptable practices, methods or acts generally accepted in the region.
Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;
Structural Engineer means the Engineer appointed or to be appointed from time to time by Promoter for the preparation of the structural design and drawings of the buildings .
Environmental impact statement means a detailed written statement as required by section 102(2)(C) of the Act.
Existing Material means Material developed independently of this Agreement that is incorporated in or supplied as part of Reporting Material or Activity Material.
Material means material in relation to the business, operations, affairs, financial condition, assets or properties of the Company and its Subsidiaries taken as a whole.
Material Modification means any modification to an Interconnection Request that has a material adverse effect on the cost or timing of Interconnection Studies related to, or any Network Upgrades or Local Upgrades needed to accommodate, any Interconnection Request with a later Queue Position.
Updates are changes that do not require a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. A request to add new products at the same or better price level is an example of an update. “Amendments” are any changes that are not specifically covered by the terms and conditions of the Centralized Contract, but inclusion is found to be in the best interest of the State. A request to change a contractual term and condition is an example of an amendment.
Correct means any weight or measure or weighing, measuring, or counting instrument which meet all of the tolerance and specification requirements established by the director pursuant to Section 12107.
Reporting Material means all Material which the Grantee is required to provide to the Commonwealth for reporting purposes as specified in the Grant Details and includes any Existing Material that is incorporated in or supplied with the Reporting Material.
Conforming means goods or performance under a lease contract that are in accordance with the obligations under the lease contract.
