Conforming Design definition
Conforming Design means a design that meets all accepted standards and best practice criteria for road construction including but not limited to geometrics, safety, pavement, drainage, delineation, lighting and aesthetics. A Defect is any part of the Works and Services not completed in accordance with the Contract.
