Conformance Review Application means a written request on a form approved by the Director of PBCE, along with payment of any then-due Processing Fees, for a Conformance Review determination by the Director of PBCE that Vertical Improvements, open space and Park Improvements, or Horizontal Improvements for a particular area of the Project Site satisfies the applicable standards of the General Development Plan and Downtown West Planned Development Permit.
