Examples of Confluent Platform in a sentence
Subject to the payment of the applicable fees, Confluent grants to Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable (except as expressly stated otherwise in the Agreement) license to use the Services Materials or Course Materials (as applicable) solely in connection with Customer’s use of Confluent Platform, Confluent Software, or Cloud Service for Customer’s own business operations.
Confluent may use and display Customer’s name and logo on the Confluent website and in Confluent marketing and sales materials for the Confluent Platform.
Confluent may from time to time use and process data about Customer’s use of the Confluent Platform for the purposes of creating statistics and analytics data and providing proactive support.
The Confluent Platform, and any versions, updates or maintenance releases of any component thereof, will be delivered only through an electronic transfer.
Confluent will use such data only for its own business purposes, including to maintain and improve the Confluent Platform and other services and to monitor and analyse its activities in connection with the performance of such services.
Customer acknowledges that certain features of the Confluent Platform may be configured to collect and report telemetry data to Confluent as more particularly described in More Information Regarding Confluent Data Collection located on Confluent’s website.
If Customer elects Business-level Support Services and also has an Order for Confluent Platform then the Confluent Cloud Support Services must be maintained at the Business level for the entire term of the applicable Order.
During any period for which you have purchased Business-level or Premier-level Support Services for the Cloud Service, Confluent shall provide Support Services for the self-managed Confluent Platform in accordance with the applicable Support Services terms.
Confluent assumes no liability hereunder for any claim of infringement to the extent based on: (x) use of software other than a current unaltered release of the Confluent Platform, as applicable, as provided by Confluent to Customer; or (y) the combination, operation or use of the Proprietary Confluent Software, with non-Confluent programs or data other than those intended or recommended by Confluent.
The effective date of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”) is the date that Customer uses the Confluent Platform.
