By entering into an Order referencing these terms with either Confluent or a Confluent-authorized reseller, or by using the Confluent Platform or related services governed by these terms, you are agreeing to and accepting the terms of this Agreement. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of an entity, then you represent and agree that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to this Agreement. If you do not accept the terms of this Agreement, then you cannot use the Confluent Software, Support Services, or related services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if there is a written agreement between Confluent and Customer that addresses the subject matter covered by these terms, then such agreement shall govern rather than these terms.

  • Confluent reserves all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement.

  • Conflicting Product means any product, process, system or service of any person or organization other than the Company or an Affiliate, in existence or under development, which is the same as or similar to or competes with a product, process, system or service upon which Executive works or has worked during the three year period ending on his Date of Termination, or about which Executive acquired or acquires Confidential Information.

  • Heavy-duty hand cleaner or soap means a product designed to clean or remove difficult dirt and soils such as oil, grease, grime, tar, shellac, putty, printer’s ink, paint, graphite, cement, carbon, asphalt, or adhesives from the hand with or without the use of water. “Heavy-duty Hand Cleaner or Soap” does not include prescription drug products, “Antimicrobial Hand or Body Cleaner or Soap,” “Astringent/Toner,” “Facial Cleaner or Soap,” “General-use Hand or Body Cleaner or Soap,” “Medicated Astringent/Medicated Toner” or “Rubbing Alcohol.”
