If you do not accept the terms of this Agreement, then you cannot use the Confluent Software, Support Services, or related services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if there is a written agreement between Confluent and Customer that addresses the subject matter covered by these terms, then such agreement shall govern rather than these terms.
