Confirmation means the entry of the Confirmation Order on the docket of the Chapter 11 Cases.
Confirmation Notice means a notice provided by the Issuer to an Investor in accordance with clause 1.3(c) of the Terms;
Firm Order Confirmation or "FOC" means the notice Qwest provides to CLEC to confirm that CLEC's Local Service Order (LSR) has been received and has been successfully processed. The FOC confirms the schedule of dates committed to by Qwest for the Provisioning of the service requested.
Net Swap Receipt With respect to any Distribution Date, any net payment (other than a Swap Termination Payment) made by the Swap Provider to the Trust on the related Floating Rate Payer Payment Date (as defined in the Interest Rate Swap Agreement).
Order Confirmation All TIPS Member Agreement orders are approved daily by TIPS and sent to vendor. The Vendor should confirm receipt of orders to the TIPS Member (customer) within 3 business days. • Vendor custom website for TIPS: If Vendor is hosting a custom TIPS website, updated pricing when effective. TIPS shall be notified when prices change in accordance with the award.
Confirmation Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court confirming the Plan pursuant to section 1129 of the Bankruptcy Code.

Advance shipment notice means an electronic notification used to list the contents of a shipment of goods as well as additional information relating to the shipment, such as passive radio frequency dentification (RFID) or item unique identification (IUID) information, order information, product description, physical characteristics, type of packaging, marking, carrier information, and configuration of goods within the transportation equipment.
Confirmation Date means the date upon which the Bankruptcy Court enters the Confirmation Order on the docket of the Chapter 11 Cases, within the meaning of Bankruptcy Rules 5003 and 9021.
Settlement Notice has the meaning specified in Section 14.02(a)(iii).
Confirmation of Acceptance shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 2B(5).
Non-Conforming Product means a Product that does not conform to the Supplier’s Warranties.
Acknowledgement of Receipt means the procedure by which, on receipt of a Message, the logical presentation or form are checked, and a corresponding acknowledgement or rejection is sent by the receiver;
Master Forward Confirmation means the Master Confirmation for Issuer Share Forward Sale Transactions, dated as of the date hereof, by and between the Company and the Forward Purchaser, including all provisions incorporated by reference therein.
Final Order means, as applicable, an order or judgment of the Bankruptcy Court or other court of competent jurisdiction with respect to the relevant subject matter that has not been reversed, stayed, modified, or amended, and as to which the time to appeal or seek certiorari has expired and no appeal or petition for certiorari has been timely taken, or as to which any appeal that has been taken or any petition for certiorari that has been or may be filed has been resolved by the highest court to which the order or judgment could be appealed or from which certiorari could be sought or the new trial, reargument, or rehearing shall have been denied, resulted in no modification of such order, or has otherwise been dismissed with prejudice.
Notice of Drawdown means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 4 (Notice of Drawdown).
Collection Notice means a notice, in substantially the form of Annex A to Exhibit VI, from the Agent to a Collection Bank.
Order Acknowledgement means the date when Voip Unlimited sends the customer an order acknowledgement email to the technical and order contact as specified on the Service order form or Customer requirement form.
Confirmed in the column to the right to indicate that the responsible entity is not under an obligation to allow a security holder to withdraw from the trust (Listing Rule 1.1 Condition 5) N/A Entities applying under the profit test (Listing Rule 1.2)
Bar Date Order means the Order (I) Setting Bar Dates for Filing Proofs of Claim, Including Requests for Payment under Section 503(B)(9), (II) Establishing Amended Schedules Bar Date and Rejection Damages Bar Date, (III) Approving the Form of and Manner for Filing Proofs of Claim, Including Section 503(B)(9) Requests, and (IV) Approving Notice of Bar Dates [Docket No. 482], as such order may be amended, supplemented, or modified from time to time.
Sale Order means an Order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the Transactions, in form and substance (with respect to the provisions of such Sale Order applicable to the Acquired Assets only) reasonably acceptable to each of the Parties.
Repurchase Request Rejection As defined in Section 2.03(a) of this Agreement.
