II.7 After 1500 hours on D-1, EKB will apply the checking and adjustment procedures set out in Sections II.2 to II.5 to all Nominations that are received by it or updated be- tween 1300 hours and 1500 hours on D-1 together with all Confirmed Nominations that have not been changed by updated Nominations.
Each Storage User further acknowledges that as a result of such matching process its Confirmed Nominations for an Hour, a Connection Point and a Shipper Code may be rejected or reduced due to the application of the Adjacent Network Operator's rules, including any "lesser" type rules.
II.8 Each Storage User acknowledges that after 1500 hours on D-1 a matching process will take place between EKB and each Adjacent Network Operator in accordance with the rules of such Adjacent Network Operator (the timing of which may differ from Adjacent Network Operator to Adjacent Network Operator) in respect of the nominations made by or on behalf of the Storage User to the Adjacent Network Op- erator for each Hour in the Gas Day and the Confirmed Nominations.
Renomination is a notification a Shipper can use to amend its previously Confirmed Nominations with effect for the entire Gas Day or the remaining hours of the Gas Day.
If two or more customers are paying the same rate, and that rate stratum is not reduced to zero, the Volume reduction for that rate stratum will be made by using the reduction Volume as the numerator, and the total Confirmed Nominations as the denominator.
The Transmission System Operator with System Responsibility shall also check the Shipper’s Confirmed Nominations restricting available Capacity.
At the Entry and Exit Points, the hourly quantities of natural gas corresponding to Confirmed Nominations shall be regarded as having been delivered.
Confirmed Nominations shall take effect on the third full hour following receipt of the Renomination.
If the Shipper’s or Trader’s most recent Trade Notification does not correspond to the most recent Trade Notifications made by its Counterparties at the Virtual Trading Point, the Confirmed Nominations shall be reduced to the lowest of the values notified.
Exit Zone (only in situations where Nominations are required in the Exit Zone) If a Shipper’s total offtake in the Exit Zone in the Gas Day deviates by more than the percentage authorized by the Transmission System Operator with System Responsibility from the total quantity of natural gas stipulated for all hours of the Gas Day in all of the Shipper’s Confirmed Nominations in the Exit Zone, the Shipper shall pay a Nomination imbalance charge.
