Confirmation Settlement definition

Confirmation Settlement means the settlement implemented through the Plan and announced on the record at the Confirmation Hearing resolving all claims, objections, and other disputes raised by the Committee that is reflected in, among other things, the revised treatment of Class 7 Claims.
Confirmation Settlement means the settlement implemented through the Plan resolving all potential claims, objections, and other disputes raised by the Committee and its members and that is reflected in, among other things, the treatment of Class 5 General Unsecured Claims set forth in the Plan.
