Confirmation Effective Date definition

Confirmation Effective Date has the meaning specified in the introductory paragraph.

Confirmation Effective Date means the date in which the Confirmation is fully executed by both Parties.

Confirmation Effective Date means the effective date of the Confirmation as set forth in such Confirmation.
