Confirmation Documents definition

Confirmation Documents means any documents, letters or emails of confirmation from us or from CHWV or generated by the booking system for the Venue on our behalf to you on or around the time of making a Booking setting out inter alia the details of your Booking, payment terms and any additional special terms and conditions in addition to these terms and conditions that might be applicable to your booking.
