Confirmation Deed definition

Confirmation Deed means the deed of confirmation and amendment to be given by the Shipowning Guarantors to the Agent substantially in the form of Schedule 4;
Confirmation Deed means each confirmation deed dated on or about the date of this Agreement between each Obligor under the Original Facility Agreement, the Facility Agent and the Security Trustee (where relevant).
Confirmation Deed means each deed entered into between the Agent and the relevant Obligor setting out confirmations substantially similar in form and substance to those set out in clauses 5 and 6 of this Agreement. CP Obligor means each of StarTek, and the Parent.

More Definitions of Confirmation Deed

Confirmation Deed means assent to the estate already created. By the confirmation, the parties further strengthen and give legal validity to the estate. A person may confirm and assent documents of conveyance executed by another person.
Confirmation Deed means the deed described in section 38-38-501 in the form specified in section 38-38-502 or 38-38-503.
