Confirmation Deadline definition
Confirmation Deadline shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(b)(i).

(jj) “Convertible Securities” shall mean any capital stock or other security of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries that is at any time and under any circumstances directly or indirectly convertible into, exercisable or exchangeable for, or which otherwise entitles the holder thereof to acquire, any capital stock or other security of the Company (including, without limitation, Common Shares) or any of its Subsidiaries. (kk) “Current Report” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.15. (ll) “Custodian” means any receiver, trustee, assignee, liquidator or similar official under any Bankruptcy Law.
