Confinement Status definition
Confinement Status means a status assigned to a youth who exhibits or threatens violent, aggressive, or uncontrolled behavior and poses a serious an immediate threat to his or her own safety, the safety of others, or the security of the facility.

Whenever a Confinement Status Supervisor is on leave and command determines that supervisory coverage is necessary, another Confinement Status Supervisor shall first be offered the opportunity for overtime before utilizing someone outside of the bargaining unit for the supervisory coverage.
