Rackspace shall have no obligation to provide Services for Customer Configurations which do not meet the Rackspace Configuration Requirements.
The work is driven by the approved Configuration Requirements Document (CRD), and includes a Validation Plan, Operational Qualification, Performance Qualification, Test Evidence (typically screen shots), Deviation Reports, Traceability Matrix and a Validation Summary Report.

All Services and Deliverables will be provided in accordance with the Service Level Requirements (Exhibit F), Remote Hosting Requirements (Exhibit G), Business and Functional Requirements (Exhibit H), Testing Requirements (Exhibit I) and Configuration Requirements (Exhibit J), incorporated into this Agreement.
Any material changes to (i) the agreed upon Configuration Requirements Matrix; (ii) project milestones; (iii) Implementation Scope; (iv) deliverables; (v) timelines; (vi) rollout schedules will be managed via the Change Control Procedure detailed in Schedule B of the Agreement.
