Configuration Changes definition

Configuration Changes time to first response to an issued, and FirstLight acknowledged, request to modify the service in order to resolve a problem, or perform work on the service on behalf of the customer. An incident or problem may lead to a change. The following items are exceptions to the configuration change service level agreement, and will be billed at time and materials rate with a minimum four hour charge. FirstLight may request a discovery engagement to generate a defined scope of work and define any associated charges for the changes. 1.26.4.1. Any activity that makes changes to the overall deployment scheme, including VLAN and/or IP addressing schema. 1.26.4.2. Any activity that requires the integration of hardware and/or software not included in the service package, including customer owned hardware/software. 1.26.4.3.
