Configurable. RPO means that the Customer configures the backup schedule via the Veeam administration console.
Configurable means that the Back Office System is capable of being configured by the Vendor’s development staff, programmers, etc. to adapt to changes throughout the term of the Contract. Configurable changes, directed either by WSDOT or at the Vendor’s discretion will be considered part of the Vendor’s operations of the BOS and not subject to code changes, requests for extra work, Change Orders or considered out-of-scope work.
