Confidentiality Commitment definition

Confidentiality Commitment means the commitments outlined at Part B paragraph [7] of these Proposals;
Confidentiality Commitment means the commitments outlined at paragraphs 2 to 5 of these Proposals;
Confidentiality Commitment means a document in the form set out by the Provider, which must be signed by all Data Users designated by the Recipient and included in the List of Data Users (except for the Recipient itself in case of an Agreement concluded by a natural person). The fact of the services provided to the Recipient and the name of the information system shall be indicated in the Special Part of the Agreement. Application for the administration of the List of Data Users means an application in the form set out by the Provider to be submitted by the Recipient to the Provider to add new Data Users to the List of Data Users, to remove existing Data Users from this list and to add and/or remove persons designated by the Recipient as responsible for the receipt of the data, and/or persons authorised to view the VAT invoices and clarify their data on behalf of the Recipient. Regulation means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

More Definitions of Confidentiality Commitment

Confidentiality Commitment. “Trade Secret” means information, without regard to form, including, but not limited to, technical, non-technical or financial data, a formula, algorithm, pattern, compilation, program, device, method, technique, process, or plan that: (A) Derives independent economic value, actual or potential, from not being generally known to, and not being readily ascertainable by proper means by other persons who can obtain economic value from its disclosure or use; and (B) Is the s ubject of efforts that are reasonable under the circumstances to maintain its secrecy. R eferences to “confidential information” shall mean any information which is not publicly available but which does not rise to the level of a trade secret. Recipient shall limit the disclosure of the other’s c onfidential information and trade secrets to its employees, officer, and directors, and its affiliate’s employees, officers and directors, who have a need to know related to the objectiv e (such persons hereinafter c ollectively “Employees”). R ecipient shall instruct its Employees that the other party’s confidential information and trade secrets are proprietary and to be held in c onfidence by said E mployees. R ecipient shall ensure that all Employees to whom the other’s c onfidential or trade secret information is disclosed take reasonable precautions to c onfidential status of the other’s trade secrets.
