Full-time Confidential/Supervisory Personnel shall be permitted a 15-minute rest period in mid-morning and again in mid-afternoon, which shall be agreed upon mutually by the employee and immediate supervisor.
If by January 1 of a contract year 50% or more of Confidential/Supervisory employees have not requested tuition reimbursement, a member of this group may apply for additional credit hours to be reimbursed with the approval of the Superintendent or designee.
