Confidential Reference definition

Confidential Reference means a written reference regarding the performance of services by a Temporary Worker supplied on an Assignment;
Confidential Reference means information, data and material of any nature which either Party may receive or obtain in connection with the operation of the Supply Contract and: (i) which comprises Personal Data or Sensitive Personal Data (as both terms are defined in the Data Protection Act 1998) or (in the case of the Authority) which relates to any patient or his or her treatment or medical history; or (ii) the release of which is likely to prejudice the commercial interests of the Authority or (as the case may be) the Supplier; or (iii) which is a trade secret.
