CONEKSIS Patents definition
CONEKSIS Patents means any and all patents and patent applications to the extent owned and controlled by CONKWEST relating to the CONEKSIS Modifications, and any provisional patent applications, non-provisional applications, divisionals, continuations, continuation-in-part applications, continued prosecution, patents granted on such applications, revalidations, reissues, renewals, substitutions, supplementary protection certificates and the like, and patents of addition, reexaminations, extensions; and all foreign counterparts thereof.
