Conduit Space definition

Conduit Space means any reinforced passage or opening in, on, under/over or through the ground between the feeder route conduit system (manhole “O”) and cable vault location that is capable of containing communications facilities, including cable entrance facilities; main conduit; ducts; inner ducts; gas traps; underground dips such as short sections of conduit under roadway, driveways, parking lots and similar conduit installations , and that is required to bring MCIm-provided fiber optic feeder cable into the Collocation Premises.

  • CLC shall complete a written application for occupancy of any Space, Cable Space or Conduit Space (Exhibit B).

  • The Implementation Team will study other methods for placement of Microwave Transmission Facilities as proposed by Requesting Carrier and may permit and set forth in the Implementation Plan (i) the installation of additional equipment ; (ii) additional media of transmission within Conduit Space; and (iii) placement of Microwave Transmission Facilities in other locations in addition to those set forth above.

  • The space within the Antenna Conduits is hereby referred to as the "Antenna Conduit Space ." Effective as of the date Landlord tenders possession of the Antenna Space and the Antenna Conduit Space to Tenant (the "Antenna Space Effective Date "), the Premises shall be expanded to include the Antenna Space and the Antenna Conduit Space.

  • This License is not intended to nor shall it be interpreted to create or vest in Operator any leasehold, easement, or any other property rights or interests in the Licensed Conduit Space, the Conduit System, or any part thereof.

  • Frontier shall also provide Onvoy with written notice of the outcome of such eminent domain procedure and identify the schedule by which Onvoy must proceed to have Onvoy's equipment or property removed from the Space(s) and associated Cable, and Conduit Space.
