Conduit Software definition

Conduit Software has entered into an Accounts Receivable Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") dated August 27, 1998 between Silicon Valley Financial Services ("Silicon Valley") and Conduit Software. Pursuant thereto, Conduit Software has granted Silicon Valley a continuing lien upon and security interest in Conduit Software's accounts, equipment, general intangibles, inventory and other property and assets. The security interest is to secure the prompt payment and performance to Silicon Valley of all obligations of Conduit Software under the Agreement. Conduit Software, Inc. has entered into the following lease agreements, each of which grant a continuing lien upon and security interest in the leased equipment, inventory, property and/or assets for which each respective agreement was made: Equipment Lease Agreement dated August 1, 1997 between Conduit Software, Inc. and Affiliated Corporate Services, Inc. Font Software includes upgrades or updates (each of which may be provided to you by Monotype in its sole discretion), related files, permitted modifications, permitted copies, and related documentation.

  • Software Update means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which provides minor fixes, improvements and modifications to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as updates will be identified A.B.x where the x designates the release as a Software Update.
